to effectively adapt to the advancements in modern science and technology.
The ultimate goal is to augment income levels and elevate living standards.
The meeting delved into the key accomplishments of the project and
assessed the current status of the digital transformation project within both the
holding companies and its subsidiaries operating under the Ministry of Public
Business Sector. Key points of discussion encompassed the status of contracts,
the selection of qualified professionals for system operation and management, the
resolution of administrative challenges, and the initiation of project implementation
across both financial and administrative dimensions.
Both parties engaged in a detailed discussion concerning the project’s infrastructure status.
They also assessed the challenges it faces, explored potential solutions, and devised
strategies to overcome any technical obstacles that might hinder the project’s successful completion.
During the meeting, the ICT Minister emphasized that the Ministry of
Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Ministry of
Public Business Sector have cooperated to implement the ERP project within the

qualified talent pool. A series of executive meetings will be held with the companies
implementing the project to follow up on the implementation status and timelines of the
project to foster cooperation between the two sides, the ICT Minister added.
Esmat, on his part, highlighted the significance of the project and and its
collaborative implementation with MCIT, within the framework of attaining the
national governance and digital transformation strategy,

integral part of the investment opportunities approved within the framework of the State
Ownership Policy Document. Furthermore, the Document is being promoted to attract
local and foreign investments and create new investment opportunities for the private
sector. This, in turn, facilitates the state’s withdrawal from certain sectors while increasing investment in others.

operating costs, and reforming the financial and administrative ecosystems of the
companies. He added that this would be positively reflected on performance
indicators and business outcomes. Esmat also declared that the project will not only
