NTRA gives instructions over telecom points of sale working hours during Eid Al-Adha
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) gave instructions regarding
the working hours of telecom operators’ points of sale, and for audience transactions, during EidAl-
Adha to be as follow:
First day of Eid Al-Adha (Sunday, June 16, 2024): All telecom outlets will be closed, except telecom
points of sale at shopping malls, airports and ports.
As of the second day ofEid Al-Adha (Monday, June 17, 2024): Summer working hours will be adopted as follow:
⦁ Throughout the whole week, except Thursday and Friday: From 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.
⦁ Thursday: From 9:00 A.M. to 11.30 P.M.
⦁ Friday: From 3:00 P.M. to 11.30 P.M.
Whereas operators’ outlets at shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
