NTRA gives instructions regarding points of sale working hours during Eid Al-Fitr and summer working hours
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) gave instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ points of sale, and for audience transactions, during Eid A-Fitr. Instructions regarding summer working hours were also given by NTRA to be as follow:
First day of Eid Al-Fitr will be a holiday for all telecom points of sale except for those located at shopping centers and malls, airports as well as seaports.
As of the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, summer working hours will be applied as follow:
- Throughout the whole week except Thursday and Friday: from 9:00 AM. to 10.30 PM
- Thursday: From 9:00 AM. to 11.30 PM.
- Friday: From 2:00 PM to 11.30 PM.
Whereas operators’ points of sale at the shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
