Rowan University, in partnership with Modern Education Services, has officially launched its first-ever international campus in Egypt. This milestone represents a significant step in strengthening the educational and cultural ties between Egypt and the United States.
The establishment of this American university in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital aligns with the Egyptian government’s strategic plan to expand the presence of top global universities in the country. The Ministry of Higher Education, under the guidance of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, has been instrumental in this initiative.

Additionally, it provides students with diverse opportunities to earn international degrees without the need to study abroad.
Dr. Anthony Lowman, President of Rowan University, expressed the university’s commitment to offering a wide range of academic programs that meet the needs of both local and international students. He highlighted the upcoming programs in science, engineering, and business, which will be delivered according to the same rigorous standards as those at Rowan’s main campus in New Jersey, USA.
