Yalla Group Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF) aimed at expanding opportunities for national talent, strengthening inclusivity, and supporting the long-term development of a sustainable gaming and esports ecosystem across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Partnership Aligned with Vision 2030 and National Strategy
In line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Gaming and Esports Strategy, which seek to position Saudi Arabia as a global powerhouse in gaming and esports, SEF and Yalla Group signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). These agreements are designed to further elevate the esports landscape within the Kingdom while creating new pathways for aspiring players to gain essential skills, experience, and professional exposure.
Yalla Group Named Official Event Partner for Saudi eLeague 2026
Under the first MoU, Yalla Group has been appointed the Official Event Partner for the Saudi eLeague (SEL) 2026, the Kingdom’s flagship esports competition. The league serves as a national platform for identifying, testing, and developing local talent within Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing gaming ecosystem.
Driving Inclusion Through the Women’s Saudi eLeague
Supporting the Women’s Saudi eLeague stands as a central pillar of the collaboration. Through this focus, SEF and Yalla Group aim to cultivate a more inclusive competitive environment and encourage increased female participation in esports, contributing to broader diversity across the Kingdom’s gaming sector.
Launch of Talent Development Program with Saudi Esports Academy
The second MoU covers the establishment of a Talent Development Program in partnership with the Saudi Esports Academy. The initiative is designed to empower Saudi esports athletes by providing structured training, hands-on competitive experience, and professional mentorship. The program seeks to enhance players’ competitive capabilities while supporting long-term career development and strengthening Saudi Arabia’s presence on the international esports stage.
