Salam and Dell Accelerate Saudi Arabia’s Cloud AI Push

Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam), a leading telecommunications and information technology provider in Saudi Arabia, and Dell Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at expanding their collaboration in cloud infrastructure and Edge AI solutions across the Kingdom.

The agreement establishes a framework for the two companies to work together on delivering advanced cloud infrastructure and Edge AI technologies to enterprise customers, supporting organizations seeking greater flexibility and faster access to modern digital services.

The Cloud AI Saudi Arabia initiative comes as businesses and government entities across the Kingdom continue to pursue digital modernization and seek technology infrastructure capable of supporting evolving operational requirements.

MoU Signed During LEAP 2026

The MoU was signed during LEAP 2026 by Eng. Ahmed Al-Anqari, Chief Executive Officer of Salam, and Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi, Egypt, North Africa & Levant (SENAL) at Dell Technologies.

The agreement creates a shared framework for promoting advanced cloud infrastructure and Edge AI technologies among enterprise customers across Saudi Arabia.

Through the collaboration, Salam and Dell Technologies will work toward integrating Dell’s cloud infrastructure and Edge AI solutions into Salam’s extensive service portfolio.

The objective is to provide end users with greater operational flexibility, more predictable economics and accelerated access to modern digital services.
