Orange Egypt has announced a new strategic partnership with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to launch the “Start Hub” platform, a national initiative designed to advance youth empowerment by supporting university students and recent graduates in building successful career paths. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to investing in human capital and enhancing young people’s readiness for the labor market.
High-Level Government and Private Sector Collaboration
The launch event featured the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Orange Egypt, attended by Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity; Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and Hesham Mahran, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt. The agreement highlights the strength of public-private collaboration in promoting youth empowerment and preparing future generations for evolving job markets.

As part of the initiative, Orange Egypt is launching the Start Hub platform—an integrated digital gateway connecting young people with employment opportunities. The platform provides a comprehensive journey that includes career guidance, skills development, training, and job placement, all designed to enhance youth empowerment and workforce competitiveness.

The Start 2026 Forum brought together more than 250 companies and institutions, alongside thousands of students and graduates from universities across Egypt. During the event, Orange Egypt offered a range of job opportunities and training programs, reinforcing its commitment to youth empowerment and career readiness.
Digital Skills Training for Future Jobs
Through its Orange Digital Center, the company delivered specialized training programs in artificial intelligence, data analytics, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing. These initiatives are tailored to equip participants with the most in-demand skills in the digital economy, further strengthening youth empowerment and preparing them for future careers.
