Etisalat Egypt continues to use Huawei virtualized solution, after the deployment of virtual Evolved Packet Core in 2020Q3.
Etisalat has continued benefiting from the elastic scalability of Huawei’s virtualized solution ,
by initiating the implementation of Huawei Virtual IMS as a step towards Single Voice Core virtualized solution.
Huawei developed the Single Voice Core solution, which supports 2G/3G/LTE/5G/VoBB all in one core to avoid the complex integration,
operations and maintenance for the CS core and IMS coexistence,
Single Voice core solution will help operators to greatly simplify the core network architecture, save TCO and improve user experience.
