Medxia Global prepares to launch Vaio Clinic’s latest health technology applications

Medixia Global Medxia Global, a health technology solutions and products company, is preparing to launch Vio Clinic a comprehensive health application next month based on providing treatment services to patients through a system of integrated packages at competitive prices compared to other companies.

Dr. Mohamed Fayek, President of Medxia Global, said that the Vio Clinic app depends on making video calls between the patient and the doctor, pointing out that each patient has a medical record on the application and is confirmed the validity of his personal data via SMS via mobile, especially with the tightening of the telecommunications regulator that all numbers registered with mobile companies in Egypt in the names of their owners.

Dr. Mohamed Fayek revealed that the application “Vio Clinic” asks the patient’s data to start the mobile phone, its history and medical file, which includes identifying the types of chronic you suffer from, radiation, medical analyzes and previous prescriptions, in addition to allergies to drugs.

Fayek stressed that all patient data is secured according to the latest information security technologies based on artificial intelligence and the Internet of things, as the company’s electronic system is subject to the provisions of the American law concerned with remote treatment systems, indicating that all patients’ data is encrypted on the company’s servers, and no persons are allowed to enter it except Only the patient and the doctor treating him

Dr. Mohamed Fayeq cited the various treatment packages offered by the “Vio Clinic” application, such as the provision of a special package for pregnant women, which includes specialties of sciatica, obstetrics, dermatology, general surgery, cosmetic, psychological, home sonography, and periodic follow-up, at a cost that ranges between 2500 to 3500 pounds.

For example, a pregnant woman needs to conduct medical follow-ups with different specialties, including mental health, because of an imbalance in hormones, as well as a diabetic who also needs to communicate with doctors of internal medicine, ophthalmology, and general and reproductive surgery.

Fayeq added that the “Vio Clinic” also provides a discount of 10% on the first examination, and the patient pays the value of the visa online through credit cards, electronic payment companies, or Vodafone Cash wallet, pointing out that the patient is not charged any additional charges other than the value of the examination.

Dr. Mohamed Fayek indicated that the company plans to reach one million subscribers on the application during its first year, indicating that the Vio Clinic application is also provided with a home radiology service through the “Atman.com” website, which covers the cities of Greater Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, Luxor, Sohag and Sharkia.

Dr. Mohamed Fayek added that the application goes through three stages of development work, the first of which is direct online sessions between the specialist doctor and the patient one to one session, and the second stage is the introduction of the aforementioned integrated packages.

Dr. Mohamed Fayek explained that the third stage includes the availability of devices for the patient during the fourth quarter of the current year, which will be connected to the application and read real-time data on the status of vital functions from the home such as pressure, sugar, blood oxygen percentage, heart rate and temperature measurement based on the doctor’s directions, pointing out that This stage is subject to obtaining licenses for the devices from the Ministry of Health.
