Orange Egypt CEO Eng. Yasser Shaker took center stage at the Egypt-France Business Forum, held during French President Emmanuel Macron’s official state visit to Cairo. The event, also attended by Egyptian President H.E. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, brought together top government officials and business leaders from both countries to enhance cooperation in key sectors, particularly technology and innovation.

Eng. Shaker spoke during a high-profile panel discussion titled “France-Egypt Tech Synergy: Driving Innovation and AI for the Future,” moderated by Dr. Hoda Baraka, Advisor to Egypt’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Technological Talent Development.

“This moment is more than just a diplomatic occasion—it reflects a mutual commitment to empowering youth and localizing cutting-edge technologies for national development,” he noted.
